Employing Members Benefits
An annual home visit where a WH&S and a Manual Handling Risk assessment will be undertaken by a Living My Way Occupational Therapist
Support and payment of Support Worker advertising up to the value of $800 annually
Support Worker on boarding including Police Checks and pre-employment paperwork completed on your behalf
Public Liability Insurance cover
Workers Compensation Insurance cover
Processing of fortnightly payroll for all Support Workers (including superannuation contributions)
Long Service Leave accrued and paid to any Support Workers when entitled (this differs by state).
All Australian Taxation Office (ATO) reporting completed on your behalf
End of Financial year payment summary’s sent directly to Support Workers
Access to an Industrial Relations Consultant available to support Members with any workplace conflicts or issues
Assistance with WH&S, Injury management and return to work plan for Support Workers
Employment Safety Pack – including St John Ambulance First Aid kit and Fire Blanket (Replaced every 2 years)
Monthly NDIS update communication
Living My Way will pay up to 5 hours of training for new Support Workers up to 4 new workers a year
